Since you're working on making it realistic, here are a few tips to making a good realistic drawing. I'd make the wings a little more realistic looking- maybe you could add the veins that go in the wings or something like that? And one more thing for you. You could try adding shading or shine, since you have a lot of objects that would shine a ton in the sun ( The gem on the neck armor, the spikes on the tail, etc...)
Overall, the picture is VERY well done, realistic, and overall I think you put great effort to make this picture shine

Now uhm, things to critiqueee..

Well, most people would say the pose is a little "boring" which...it would be, yes, in an actual picture, but I know that sometimes when you're just drawing characters it doesn't matterrrrr
That, and....this is just bothering me, but maybe his muzzle could be a bit smoother, under? It's probably just my preference but...yeah. |D; _{pssh you're doing it realistic anyway so just ignore me okok}
And maybe the eye looks a lil too almond-shaped? I think animal's eyes usually tend to look more circular.. 0:
