Your cat that you have drawn is nicely drawn, theres no doubt about that. As Louieboo said, your lines come to a point in a few places, fix that, and it'll be better. There are a few things that look shaded throughout the picture, and if you shade, a word of advice, it's best to shade it all, and not just one thing. It'll help with the product that you're creating and give you a better focus. The bangs' outline going through the eye should be a bit thinner, and the eye showing through the hair should be a tad lighter.
The ear that is facing back, if its pointing backwards, its should be tilting to the right, or if its facing forward, it should be tilted towards where its seen. Its all about the direction you draw things.

Overall, its a great picture <3 I love it, and I think its pretty original, in my eyes.

So first, the way you drew the body is very well done, because I have difficult to draw dogs with that pose especialy the front view of the head. The members of the body have good proportions ( or any other word you use to mean that ) ; the paws and legs are the right longer and bigger, the tail is long as a real wolf can have, the head was draw in a good way too.

The blueish lineart makes the character more 'expressive' because of the selection of the colors. The colouring is nicely done also, we don't see any wrong line in it.
But maybe you could make the hair a little more 'soft' ( or any other word you use to mean it ) but apart that, all is very well done. <3

I must say that she is an awsome character with an amazing design, very sweet and unique.
